Lisa Tokuda – Office Manager
As a licensed real estate agent with Prudential California Realty since 2005 and the office manager for Janice Lee’s Team, Lisa is a vital member of the team. She makes sure the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis and overseas all aspects of client and team communications, marketing, and lease files. Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley as a 4th generation Japanese-American, Lisa is very familiar with the entire geographic coverage of Janice's business; she is truly Janice’s “right hand.”
Ruthann Chou - Communications Manager
Ruthann Chou is in charge of all the important but non-urgent projects to support the on-going growing team! Born and raised in the San Gabriel Valley and a product of the San Marino Unified School District, she attended college at UC Berkeley and has a J.D. degree from the U.C. Davis School of Law. On Janice’s busy team, she recreated and manages Janice's monthly newsletter, e-marketing, listing presentations for the entire team, and she constantly develops and improves Janice's Internet presence, including the creation and maintenance of Janice's new, exciting website. Ruthann is the most important "behind-the-scenes" star who ensures the team's successful growth.
Diana Lam - Transaction Coordinator
Diana is Janice’s Transaction Coordinator. She coordinates all the paperwork as soon as an escrow is opened and reviews all contracts and documentation for completeness and accuracy, as well as ensures that all DRE and office requirements are met prior to the close of escrow. Diana holds a real estate license with Prudential California Realty in Pasadena and has over four years of experience as the Transaction Coordinator. Diana is a native of the San Gabriel Valley.
Angela Liang - Associate
Angela Liang grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Business/Economics. This has given her a rich appreciation of its multicultural communities. Angela is an involved parent with the city of San Marino, participating as a board member for the various PTA's and works with the youth outreach program-Partnership for Awareness.
Angela is a CPA. Her 15-years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, as well as start-up organizations, has prepared her well for her real estate career. Angela is a full-time licensed real estate agent with Prudential California in Pasadena and joined Janice Lee's team in 2008. She has attained the prestigious Honor Society Award from Prudential for her sales production and has a growing clientele.
Angela is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and her background in business and accounting is a huge benefit to all her sellers/buyers. Angela is truly a valuable team member.
Matthew McIntyre - Associate
Matt is a true Pasadena native. For almost 100 years his family has lived in the Crown City. He takes great honor in the depth of his roots and loves sharing this fantastic area and its history with others.
Matt studied design and environmental analysis and graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York with an M.A. degree. Matt is very involved in the community as a docent at the Gamble House and a member of the Tournament of Roses Association. In addition, he holds seats on the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation and the Prudential California Realty Charitable Foundation.
Real estate is both his passion and obsession. If you ask Matt how he got started in real estate, he will likely reply, “building my first apartments on Park Place and Boardwalk as a kid - I’ve always been intrigued by the buying and selling of property.” All joking aside, Matt truly loves what he does, and it shows! He achieved the prestigious Chairman's Circle Gold Award (top 2% nationwide) after joining Team Janice in 2010; Matt is an irreplaceable asset to the team!
Yennis Wong - Associate
Yennis was born and raised in Los Angeles. She calls the San Gabriel Valley her home. As a young professional she started out in a townhouse near the Lake avenue shopping district, then moved into a single family home when she decided to start a family. You can frequently find them taking advantage of Lacy Park, frequenting the many restaurants and shops that Pasadena offers or strolling in the neighborhood. She and her family have embraced living in the Pasadena area, like many of her clients.
Yennis previously worked at Sony pictures studio as a Coordinator in the post-production sound department; there her duties included but were not limited to negotiating deals with vendors, marketing and promoting new technologies, and accounting for the department’s capital budget. This experience makes her mindful of the clients' bottom line, as well as the integration of marketing strategies for her sellers. This rich background has helped make her a great real estate professional since 2002. She earned the prestigious President's Circle Award (top 3% nationwide) from Prudential in 2010. She is the newest member of Janice's team!
