Janice Lee is one of the most successful and respected real estate professionals in the San Gabriel Valley. Ranked in the top 1/2 of one percent of Prudential sales associates worldwide, she has been repeatedly honored for her professional achievements throughout her 25-plus year career. Among her many accolades are the company's PREA 100 Award, presented to the top 100 agents internationally, and the 15-year Legend Award, presented to only 12 agents of the 64,000 sales professionals in the Prudential Real Estate Franchise Network.
As the Director of the Luxury Properties Division of Prudential California Realty, Janice specializes in upper-end properties, although she greatly enjoys sharing her expertise with first-time buyers as well, expecially the "second generation!"
Janice draws on a portfolio of skills and expertise in representing her clients. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, and raised in San Francisco, she is fluent in Chinese and English. More importantly, she truly understands both cultures, giving her a powerful edge when communicating and negotiating on behalf of her clients. Due to her long involvement and leadership in the community, she has built an extensive network of connections that creates more advantages for her buyers and sellers.
Janice is widely noted for her support of local schools - a passion sparked by her background as a language and classical piano teacher. She is the proud mother of three children, all educated in the San Marino school system. She was a founding member of San Marino's Chinese school, and has been involved with the San Marino School Foundation for over a decade. She played a a key role in a number of the Foundation's major gift campaigns, most recently as Community Chair for its Race to the Finish Campaign, which raised more than $2 million for schools in San Marino. She also introduced a motivational program to the district and has facilitated it at San Marino High for more than 10 years in the Summer Program.
Janice also found time for the past 10 years to serve on the board of The Charitable Foundation, a Prudential philanthropic organiztion that has awarded some $4 million in grants to hundreds of local organizations working to improve communities, education, health, and the environment.
